Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Saqafat is committed to providing you the best quality products; items that are as per your satisfaction and interest. We offer full refund on any items purchased from us if you do not find the product to your liking, even if there is nothing wrong with the product, or even if you simply change your mind after you make a purchase. For this purpose, you must send it back to us within 14 days of you receiving the product.

In the unlikely chance of the product being faulty, or you receive something different than what you ordered, we will make you a full refund on the item price, and anything you would have paid for shipping to receive the item. For this, you must return the item within 90 days of you receiving it.

All returned items must be in original packaging, most not be used and still have tags attached to them. We do our best to process at the earliest. It usually takes us 10 days to receive, approve and process the refund. In all cases, we aim to process and close refund requests within 28 days.

Please know that we are unable to refund any international customs, duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of products. You will be refunded with the product cost only against the original debit or credit card used.

EXCHANGES

Please know that we are only able to offer an exchange subject to the availability of the product in stock. We will exchange products that are returned according to the guidelines above.

The new product(s) will be delivered to you after the returned product(s) has been received, checked, and approved by us. Goods must not have been worn or washed. For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts may only be returned if unused and unopened in their original packaging. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we can offer a credit or refund, and we will also provide the reason why.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If we receive your cancellation request prior to any goods being dispatched then you have nothing more to do; we will cancel the order and the charge will be refunded in full to the same card that was used.

However, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched as we endeavor to process orders immediately. If this is the case then please return the order by following the ‘Order Returns’ procedures.
