Delivery Time

Please note our standard delivery times:

*  Next Day Delivery (UK)  >  Orders placed by 1:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, over the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Note: Free delivery for all orders worth £40 or more across UK and £60 for rest of Europe.

All Saqafat orders are shipped using tracked services. Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order is shipped. The charges mentioned above are for reference only. The exact shipping cost may vary, which is calculated at the checkout page. Also, as per our policy, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that you may be liable to pay any import duties and/or taxes on the order, depending on where you live. We aim to meet our standard delivery times for every single order. However, in periods of high demand and any unforeseen circumstances, the delivery may be subject to delays.

In most cases, you can modify your order or change the delivery address before it has been dispatched. Please reach out to us at info@saqafat.com or via WhatsApp at  +44 750 706 3634 as soon as possible to inform us of the changes you would like to make. For the security of your order, use the e-mail account you ordered from and remember to include your order number.
