You can cancel your order at no charge as long as the items have not been dispatched. If the items have already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the package arrives.

1. Credit/Debit Card: Pay with your preferred card.After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase. Once the order is shipped, you will also get a separate email with tracking details.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Saqafat allows returns within 14 days. You can return products for a full refund, even if there is no issue with the item. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed once your returned item has been received and inspected. While we aim to process refunds within 10 days, please allow up to 28 days for the entire process to be completed.

Unfortunately, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will only receive a refund for the product cost, which will be credited back to the original payment method.
Once we receive your returned item and approve it, we will dispatch the exchanged product.
If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of receiving it. We will issue a full refund, including shipping charges, after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Yes, free delivery is available for orders worth £40 or more across the UK and £60 for the rest of Europe. For orders under these thresholds, standard shipping rates apply.
